Mihir reminds Isha to sign the documents, but she says that she is thinking of a solution. While shopping, Jaydeep tells Sonya that he wants to assist Isha since he has a lot to learn from her and Sonya supports him. Isha calls for a meeting and puts forth a solution for the factory problem. She says that they can sell off the loss-making unit and shift its employees to the other unit instead of removing them.
